Software firm starts conversation about proactive communications impact on health insurance landscape

CINCINNATI, OH – October 12, 2011 – As the healthcare industry continues to change dramatically, member-centricity will be the key to acquiring and retaining members. Traditionally, health insurers have been reactive, only communicating with members after something has occurred.
