CINCINNATI – February 18, 2011 – Over the course of 2010, Cincom ERP customers using the CONTROL product consistently reported good, very good or excellent customer service with nine out of 10 customers saying they’d recommend the product to others, according to the software and services provider’s year-end survey results.
The reported results come from the quarterly surveys Cincom sends to all of its North American customers. The Cincom CONTROL ERP product garnered feedback with each survey.
2010 Survey Results – Good, Very Good or Excellent
Quality of Product – 97 percent of customers rated the overall quality of Cincom CONTROL ERP as Good, Very Good or Excellent.
Skill Level – 99 percent of customers rated the support skill level as Good, Very Good or Excellent.
Rapid Response Time – 95 percent of customers rated Cincom support engineers’ sense of urgency as Good, Very Good, or Excellent.
Finally, 9 out of 10 customers said they would recommend Cincom’s Control ERP product to others.
