Health Organization Selects Cincom ECM to Manage Internal Documents
PARIS, November 22, 2010 – Worldwide EDM/ECM software provider, Cincom Systems, announced today that Cincom ECM has been selected by Aurar for the management of its mail and internal documents.
Aurar is a private non-profit health organization offering renal replacement therapies. For 30 years, Aurar has been delivering outstanding care for sufferers of chronic renal disease in the Reunion Island and other countries in the Indian Ocean. The association cares for over 700 patients and consists of 200 highly skilled staff members spread over 10 centers (dialysis units) and a head office for the whole island.
With the development of its activities, Aurar recognized a need for a solution to help them achieve the status of a company offering “communication excellence” for their employees, while at the same time remaining a social project. The new content management capabilities and electronic filing should greatly improve efficiency and ensure heightened security in mail management and with internal documents.
The project requirements include:
- Quality of service for the instruction and follow-up of mail: ease of data entry and consultation, improvement of search and retrieval, automatic feed from a database thanks to a centralized repository.
- Standardization and audit trail of the process supporting a total quality approach.
- Improvement of the group productivity while facilitating task flow such as data entry, notification to responsible personnel, processing, validation, follow-up and the usage of alerts following the detection of documents that have yet to be processed (delays, waiting for approval etc.).
- Consultation and data presentation in a contextual and selective manner depending on the role of each person in the company and on criteria linked to each document.
