Ninety-Two Percent of Cincom Customers Report Good, Very Good or Excellent Service

CINCINNATI – June 4, 2010 – Software and services provider Cincom Systems (http://www.cincom.com) announces the quarterly results of its customer-service survey conducted from January 2010 through April 2010. Over 400 surveys were sent only to customers who had actually used Cincom support services.

2010 Survey Results – Good, Very Good or Excellent

Ninety-two percent of customers rated the overall quality support received from Cincom as good, very good or excellent.

SKILLED

Ninety-nine percent of customers rated the support skill level as good, very good or excellent.

RAPID RESPONSE TIME

Ninety-four percent of customers rated Cincom support engineers’ sense of urgency in resolving the problem as good, very good or excellent.

EIGHT OUT OF 10 CUSTOMERS WOULD RECOMMEND CINCOM SOFTWARE TO OTHERS

Eighty-four percent of customers would recommend Cincom software to another company.
