Ninety-seven percent of customers rated the support skill level as good, very good, or excellent.

Ninety-five percent of customers rated Cincom support engineers’ sense of urgency in resolving the problem as good, very good, or excellent.
Nine Out of 10 Customers Would Recommend Cincom to Others
Ninety percent of customers would recommend Cincom software to another company.

NEWS RELEASE: Cincom Quixote Award Winners Honored
On April 23, 2009, at Cincom corporate headquarters, CEO Tom Nies and senior managers welcomed a select group of employees into the prestigious“Quixote Club.”
The Quixote Club honors Cincom employees who have demonstrated, over the past year, one or more of the values evolving from the image of Cervantes’ Don Quixote, the famed seeker of the impossible dream, who personified courage, character, confidence, commitment, and conviction.

Every year on April 23rd (or the nearest working day to that date), Cincom honors those recipients of the past fiscal year. The date of April 23rd was chosen because that is the anniversary date of the death of Miguel de Cervantes, the famed author of the 17th century novel, Don Quixote.
COURAGE. CONFIDENCE.
The honorees receive a gold Quixote Club ring for their initial nomination and a specially engraved Quixote medallion that depicts the qualities exemplified by the inductees. On both sides of the bronze medallion, these key qualities surround the symbols that have become synonymous with the image of Cervantes’ Don Quixote, the famed seeker of the impossible dream. Courage. Confidence. Commitment. Conviction. Thereafter, for each additional nomination, honorees receive a Quixote medallion along with a diamond added to their ring, personally presented to them by their managers.
