|Document automation software improves speed, quality, and relevancy of claims correspondence
CINCINNATI, Ohio—November 10, 2008—Worldwide software provider Cincom Systems announces that WPS Health Insurance, one of Wisconsin’s largest health insurers, has successfully implemented Cincom Eloquence document automation software and is now realizing significant improvements in the speed, quality and relevancy of correspondence to its over nine million customers.

Now with Cincom Eloquence, WPS’ business users leverage the familiar features, content-editing, and formatting capabilities of embedded Microsoft Word to quickly develop, test and preview document models directly within the design environment with minimal IT involvement.
